How long will my order take to arrive?

 

On average, orders will arrive to the destination address within 7 to 10 working days. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition in the least time possible, we ship exclusively through reputed courier partners. 

 

Do you ship to PO Box Addresses?

We regret that we are unable to ship to a PO Box address.

 

I shipped my order to the wrong address. Can you reship my order?

We can accommodate an address change request only in cases where we are informed of address change prior to dispatch of product(s) from our warehouse. Please make the request to us by:

In case an address change request is received after the dispatch of the product, we will process an order cancellation and refund for the same. You will have to create a new order with the correct address so that we can reship your product to you.

 

Will I have to pay shipping charges on my order?

The shipping charges will be displayed during check out. 

 

Where is my order?

Within your My Culstreet account, you may visit the “track your order” tab and view the current status of your order upon entering your order number. Alternatively, you may email us at hello@Culstreet.com

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We can accommodate an order cancellation request only in cases where the product(s) have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please make the request to us by:

RETURN POLICY

At Culstreet, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. We believe that the creation of a bridge between consumers and world artists depends on high-quality products and extraordinary customer service. 

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products.

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product
  • Dead on Arrival
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product
  • Expired Product

How do I return an item delivered?

 We will accept returns up to 7 days from the day that you receive your product. You can request a product return by emailing us:

You will receive a confirmation of your return request. Our logistics partners will get in touch with you within 3 working days to arrange a reverse pick-up. The product(s) you wish to be returned will be packed, and shipped back to us. Once we have received your returned item(s) in good condition at our warehouse, we will initiate a payment refund. We expect to complete the refund process within 15 days from confirmation of return request.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please return your product(s) within the original packaging.

Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been altered in any way before being returned to our logistics partners.

We will not be able to accept returns of customised products or framed paintings

No returns will be accepted after the 7-day returns period has expired.

 

Can I return a gift?

We regret that we are unable to accept returns of any gift products.

 

Important Notes and Restrictions:

Culstreet is not responsible for loss or any costs incurred (including freight, duties and taxes, or import fees) for items returned without an RMA number or to any address other than a Culstreet Returns Centre.

As a safeguard against potential abuse, Culstreet reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.

 

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?

At Culstreet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing; please notify us immediately. You may do so by:
